President - Roger Stephens, BS

Roger is currently the Director of Manufacturing Stewardship and Process Improvement NAB. Roger holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University. In this role Roger primarily oversees the execution of the “Best Practice Tools – Dt5, RR Labeler & Pit Stop CIP”, as well as Field Support/Intervention. In addition, Roger oversees performance monitoring/calibration, policy/control compliance and AOP plan development for NAB Field Operations. 



Vice President- Valorie Smith, EdD

Valerie received her doctorate in education from Lamar University and is an Educational Diagnostician with experiences from elementary to high school. She also holds Teacher and Principal certifications for K-12. Valerie holistic approach to student success targets academic, behavioral and social issues. She provides training and development for educators to enhance their teaching and instructional strategies for diverse student groups. Valerie also has a broad range of educational evaluation and assessment experiences.




Treasurer,  Glenda Doyle, BS

Ms. Doyle has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She retired from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston as an Administrative/Executive Assistant in 2012. Ms. Doyle has 35+ years in office administration, grants management, training and managing personnel in an education setting. As owner of GlenStar Janitorial Service, LLC since 2005, she has experience in vocational training, human resources, procurement and providing jobs. Ms. Doyle is Executive Director of GlenStar Workforce Development Corporation which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides job placement opportunities in various industries for individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, veterans, homeless, senior citizens and ex-offenders. Her goal is to improve the quality of lives for individuals and families who have had poor to no work history or have found it difficult to re-enter into the workforce in Ft. Bend, Harris and surrounding counties in the State of Texas.





Administrative Secretary - Roxann Rodriguez, BA
Ms. Rodriguez received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Houston Baptist University in 2013. Ms. Rodriguez has over 10 years of experience in office administration and training and managing personnel. She is currently enrolled in the Masters Program of Social Work at the University of Houston and is expected to graduate May 2018. Ms. Rodriguez is currently certified to teach Defensive Driving classes and is pursuing her LCSW post-graduation. Her client-base is fairly diverse, ranging from elementary school children to adults seeking a life of sobriety. 



Member - Tomeka Fortune, BS

Tomeka is a Talent and Team Development Consultant, with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and certification as a Career Coach. Her diverse experience and passion encompasses the fields of human resources and career counseling or advisement. Also, with broad expertise in the healthcare sector, Tomeka has worked in strategic planning, operations and program development. Tomeka's roles have included job placement for entry-level healthcare professions, interview skills and facilitating career counseling workshops. Her client-base extends from new high school graduates entering the healthcare workforce to veteran employees seeking career transition or advancement.
